had a missed call and message from 01514792399 saying that it was very important they spoke to me and then when rang back it said 'we must speak to you today and then kept me on the line for a while, they didn't say what it was regarding so I hung up as believe they were just trying yo get money out of me. has this happened to anyone else?

Just had a call from this number too. It is unacceptable this type of money making calling. I held on for a while to try and find out who it was but I wouldn't be suprised if there is no one on the other end at all. Isn't this type of calling illegal?

This number called me twice today at work. I rang back thinking it might of been important and hung on the line for a long while only because I have free minutes. Someone eventually answered, I asked who the company was and they said they couldn't tell me because i didn't have a ref number. I said well if you tell me who the company was I could maybe find a number for them. They refused and I said whats the point called if your not going to tell me... they hung up. Whats the point!

just had a call from this number.. and machine voice told me my name and asked if this is right then press 1. so i did it... then i queing..never ends.
there is no point who called. wondering how they got my phone mumber.
they say it is very important and urgent..but never answer..
this must be fake...annoying..

This number calls me about 4 times a day and its doing my head in!! I know i shouldn't answer it from reading on this web page it charges you a premium rate if you answer and get put on hold!! How do you stop the calls though?

i want to know who it is what day want and y ur on hold for so long after pressing 1 den getting charged.i also want to know how they have got my number and details wich are personal.

We have been getting these phone calls all week at least 4 times a day on our landline. I have switched off the answer machine because they are filling it up with the same annoying machine voice.

They called me at 16.50 on 24/1/08 and an automated message asked me to press 1 as they had an important message. I didn't press 1, but I'm concerned since they used my name and I haven't given it out to anyone.

Ok so i rang up Vodaphone and you can't block the number so i've had to ignore my four calls of approx four a day for a week or so now.... its been three days and not one call so i think if you just ignore like a bad smell they do actually get the message! Phew... (watch this now my phone will ring!!)

Ok funny so it just rang again an hour after i left this last message!!

This number has called 3 times so far at approx 8.30pm each night. When I dialed it back tonight it went through to a message askng me to leave my name and number, has this now cost me "premium rate"? I do not understand as I am Ex-directory!!

I just got this call too! First time - but hoping it doesn't go stupid! Can't think of anywhere dodgy that my number would have gotten out!!
How can they charge - if they're ringing me then surely it's costing them?? Is there anywhere I can report this?

I just got a call also, robotic voice saying 'very important for me to call back'. Called it and a girl said i need a reference number, i asked who wants to know and they couldn't tell me who they were.

Robotic voice to my mobile. I hung up immediately as it's obviously a scam.

The people behind these calls need to be put down like sick animals. If they're reading this, then let them be assured there are ways to find out where they live.

I've had 2 calls today which didn't leave a message so I called the number back and it said it is very important that they speak to me today. When a girl answered she asked me for a reference number. I've had another one now which did leave a message with a reference number. I've just ignored it so far and won't be calling back. Will let you know if I get anymore.
