They left message on my 1571 answer phone which I could not understand and said to call the number straight away, because it was a mobile no I called it but when I got through, there was no one talking just a load of noise like one of those scam calls.

I had this on my land line checked and the call was from sixline texts the 07953 number is from T mobile and have asked them to look into it will post more as and when they get back to me again I have had 4 emails from them today

I received a difficult to understand recorded message on my 1571 answer service asking me to ring this mobile number to get my message.  I did and it was just another jumbled recorded message.  I'm not sure what it said!  I just put the phone down!  I hope it didn't cost me £10 a minute or something daft to hear it!  I'll be checking my phone bill!  My advice is don't phone it!

My mum answered the call. She didn't bother to listen to the whole message. It started as 'I am the begining of the end'

But we don't know who the knob was who actually sent it.

I received one of these calls at 2.15 in the morning. It just said 'No mantels!!!'?? No joke that time of the night. I have just read another website that says to ring 0800 587 5252 that you can use to cancel all incoming text messages. Haven't tried it yet but will do.

I received a text call on my landline this morning from 07953966066 and the message was "meeting is tomorrow, meeting is tomorrow, I will be going providing no young offenders commit a crime"  It then gave a number to call if I did not want to receive any more messages.  I can't remember the number so did not call it.

Automatic call reading me a blank text message asked me to call 07953966066 to get the message or stop the calls, both would be at the cost of calling a mobile!
I think this is a scam and it would confuse old people who may think the message is important, It has rung a few times now!

I got a call from 07953966066 which said to call it back to hear my messages, looks like this is a possible scam.

The caller left a garbled in a very poorly disguised voice message asking if I'd got transport yet. As I never respond to any sh*t like that I just deleted the answerphone message. and logged the call on here.

Called when my daughter was in the house. Refuse to ring back to a mobile if they can't leave a messsage.

When I rang it I was cut off.

called with a message saying "i am waiting for you" freaked me out a bit. did not respond.

Got 3 of these in quick succession on 1 May 08 to my land line. Message simply said "Please call 07953966066" - said this twice each time.

As nobody was at home then in each case my provider BT sent me a text message to my mobile saying a message had been left on the BT answer service. Total cost 30p + cost to call BT answer service + a load of time wasted.

I got a blank text message on my mobile from someone in my phonebook.  10 seconds later my work landline phone rings and there is a recorded message (woman’s voice). It tells me that I have just received a blank text message (and quotes the phone number which the abovementioned text came from) and that if I wanted to cancel this service I should call 07953 966 066.

The above got me a bit worried because there is no way that my mobile (personal, as I have another mobile phone number for work) and my work landline phone should be linked.  There are very few people who have both my personal mobile phone and my work landline phone together.

The contact, whose mobile phone sent me the original text message, has both my personal mobile and work landline number saved under the same name. You can come to your own conclusions from this!!!!

I called 07953 966 066 from my work landline, and another recorded message tells me I cannot use this service from this phone as there is no caller display.

I am not about to use my mobile phone to call back because I think that is when the scam begins.

I would advise all people to advise the vulnerable people that they know about this number and tell them not to call it if they should receive a text or recorded message telling them to call the number.

Received a couple of calls from 07953966066 saying that I had received a text message. There was no message, just a repeat asking me to ring this number. Of course I didn't. Very annoying.

I just got home to find my ansaphone completely bunged up with identical messages "you have a text message from 07505609005 the message is 'blank'" and then gives the number to call to stop receiving text messages.  I was only out for an hour and there are 20 messages on my ansaphone and 13 on my 1571 service (which only clicks in if my line is engaged - by the ansaphone this morning obviusly) which meant that both the ansaphone and the 1571 were full and couldn't take any more messages IN ONE HOUR!!!!

I don't want to cancel the text service as I do have people who send me legitimate text messages to my landline for specific reasons.

I don't want to call the number in case it is some kind of money draining scam!

This has happened before but only once or twice - to have completed jammed up my telephone when there could be people who actually NEED to leave me a message is incredibly annoyting

I keep getting a phone call from this number on my landline.  Very annoying.  It just rings and says I've got a blank text message and to phone a number to hear it again.  

Does anyone know how to stop these calls?

Had a call from this automated text service at 215am to my landline, have lodged a complaint with T-Mobile.
