This is ongoing...
Vodafone does need to sort this out asap.
I've 'phoned Vodafone 191 three times now but to no avail.
They tell you they've changed your marketing preferences but the number just keeps calling. Was even advised by one 191 operative to "...ignore it..." !!
The fact the call is a silent one is what makes it unacceptable and inappropriate.
Surely a reputable company should not be, what amounts to, scamming their own customers?
They initiate the call therefore it should be at their expense, not mine, trying to get them to stop.
I'm a very disappointed and annoyed Vodafone customer right now.
