An automated call from this number. A recording said it's Natwest Fraud.

Unsolicited recorded message apparently from NatWest Fraud Protection. Called on my mobile and home number within 2 minutes of each other. Knew my name. Hung up as I'm aware of certain scams that sound similar to this one.

Automated message apparently from Natwest fraud protection, calls my mobile every hour asking to phone an automated service.Despite the fact i do not bank with Natwest!

Having received a call from this number several times I logged onto the NatWest UK site and entered the Contact Us section. This number is not listed. From this same section I entered the Internet Banking Online Help section and submitted the question "Is 0845 3560020 a genuine number in use by NatWest fraud department ?" The service returned me to the Contact Us section which as I have already said does not have this number listed. I am ignoring it.

Called Boxing Day, number withheld, and then again with this number. I suspect I would be hit with a big charge if I pressed on of the keypad options.

It genuinely is Nat West Fraud trying to get hold of you to check suspicious transactions on your account. I was suspicious so didn't call this number, called main customer services and got through to the Fraud department, they confirmed this was one of their numbers.

Calls my home and mobile within a couple of minutes of each other, have done so four times now! They know my name. The automated message claims to be from Natwest fraud department and asks for some credit card details and my date of birth. I got suspicious so didnt put any of that information in.
I think the best thing to do if you get this call is go down to your local branch and ask about it!

No bank will ever call you in this way. Report the attempted crime.

I was called at work today by the Automated Natwest Number (Claiming to be Natwest Fraud Dept) asking me to ring 08453560020. I phoned my Natwest branch who gave me the another number to ring for Natwest Fraud Dept. I rang that number and someone in America was trying to use my cash card at 11.23am this morning. I live in the UK

Funny thing is I was speaking to a work colleague less than an hour before hand who had received exactly the same call with the same outcome. Someone withdrew $400 from his account in America this morning. He to is a Natwest cash card holder.

Is there a Natwest Disc gone missing with everyones details on it? Natwest wouldn't tell me, but if you have a Natwest cash card then you'd best check your account. And if you don't trust this number 08453560020, then ring your branch who can give you all the numbers/details you need.

got a call to my new adress, that the natwest doenst have, saying: "this is a netwest service enquiry for 'andrew mullen'press any key to continue." once pressed phone was hung up.

Got this call "Natwest Group Fraud Dept" with call back numbers 08453560020 and also +441313397609.

Called NatWest using details on Credit Card statement instead. They checked my credit card transactions, nothing flagged up. So left details of telephone numbers with NatWest.

Left message same as all the above - I am NOT going to call the number, but am reassured that others have had the same call - has anybody had monies taken from an English account?

Yeah I got a voicemail same as above reportedly from NatWest at work, but for someone I've never heard of. If it's been reported I shan't bother forwarding it, but interesting theory about the data loss...

I too received messages on my home line and my mobile today asking me to call 08453560020. I called the main Fraud contact number given on the website - as listed in another comment - and it is indeed a valid number for Natwest. They wanted to check the validity of some computer hardware purchases from Dell yesterday. I am impressed that they make the effort.

Yes this is valid number from the fraud department, I have just called Natwest direct and they confirmed it and put me through. If you have any doubts please call your bank

I had this message and phoned my branch who telephoned and confirmed it is a valid number and told me to phone it.  Apparently you get an automated call 3 or 4 times then they write to you.  I rang the number but when I got through the lady was trying to convince me that she was from the NatWest and they didn't have the right card number she didn't know the phone number then asked me to hold on but I gave up just in case and recontacted the branch.  Meanwhile you can rest assured I will be keeping a close eye on my account.  Incompetency or what!

My wife just had a message from this number. We called NatWest (on 08456 101202) and they confirmed that this is one of their fraud desk numbers.

Automated message to return call urgently.  THIS IS NOT A SCAM.  The number belongs to Natwest Fraud Centre.  I called the usual Natwest call centre number to make sure and they put me straight through.  My card details were being used on a transaction in Morrocco - my details probably scammed from a rogue cash machine.  The bank has cancelled my card and are sending me a new one.

Got an automated call and called back, no repsonse. Called NATWest and they didn't regonise 0845 3560020 as one of their numbers.
Very suspicious.

THIS IS THE NATWEST FRAUD DEBT.
SOMEONE HAD SPENT NEARLY A GRAND ON OUR ACCOUNT IN THE UK.
