rings twice a day, no message

Yip, I get calls couple of times a week easy from this number

they're called zenith something or other. they've just called me YET again.

Zenith? That'll be Zenith Staybright. Window Sales.

Answered by our answering machine, the message consisted of on-hold beeps. It the rang the calling party automatically and the person answered and hung up.
This number calls several times a week even though we are listed on the call preference list.

I managed to answer one of these calls last week and the guy (Scots accent) started into a "I've just got a few questions to ask" and I said "I'm busy at the minute"  He didn't listen, and just started asking them anyway.  I thanked him very much for his call, and hung up.  Got another call tonight from a female (Scots accent) at the same number advising that £500 had been released for home improvements for me.  I told her my house was already fantastic and in no need of improvement.  Trying to think the only people I gave my mobile number to recently for this type of thing was WeatherSeal (until I realised the problems other people have had).  I would assume that they've sold their customer DB to someone possibly

I keep getting multiple calls from this number. Used to be during the day whilst I was at work but they are now silling in to the evening. No meassages being left!!!

Just got a new phone number. Getting calls from them 3 times per week. Told them not to call back but they don't care. Getting really sick of it. The caller was evasive when I asked who was calling and wouldn't give company name.

These muppet have phoned me now 7x in the one day.. today (sunday).. all i do now is shout xxx abuse down the phone...makes me feel better... i even phoned them back.. and it just rang out...

Is there anything i can say leagally to them when they call ?

I answered my very first call from this number, and they knew my name which scared me, is it posible for them to know that?

I've recieved several calls from them after this but i was worried to answer it again. To stop this, i'll have to change my number, right?

I had a call from these goons last night. Asked to be immidately removed from the calling list and hung up. I see a comment up earlier on mentioning weatherseal selling their calling list. I believe that this is true. I had a load of bother with calls all the time for a month before i managed to actually speak to someone and get myself off the list but as it appears, it's started again! All the callers that actually speak and aren't machines have a west central accent...

Its Weatherseal Windows who seem to be making unsolicited calls, my intention is to complain.
