Got the call on my cell phone today.  I answered the call and no one was on the line.  I immediately called the number back and got a "this number is disconnected" recording.

Offer to reduce interest rates on a credit card I do not have. This was a 2nd call

A call that I recieved from this number. Did not answer & no message left.

Is this a telemarketing number?

It was a recording and we just hung up. Will report it to the Do Not Call Registry so that it should stop.

Just received a call from this number on my cell - 3rd call this week - didn't answer - no message left.  I hope the Federal Gvt enforces the "no call list" and jails these [***] like they did with the email spammers.

I just got a call from 321-729-9349, I didn't answer (didn't recognize the number) and no message was left.  I'm on the do not call list and when I went to file a complaint on donotcall.gov, I got:

"The phone number 321-729-9349 was registered on August 07, 2008. Companies may call you for up to 31 days after that date. You may file a complaint if a company calls you after September 07, 2008.
Note: If your area code has recently been changed and you receive the message "Grace period has not expired" when you attempt to file a complaint, submit your complaint under your old area code."

I'm not happy about this at all!

Caller levies a message and says my name as if he knows me. But he does not!

Got this call at 4:28pm today. Didn't recognize the number & was busy, so I didn't answer it. Tried to look up who called me just now and found this.

Call was made to my AT&T cellular number...

Prerecorded message asks me to press 1 to speak to someone regarding lowing my credit card interest rate. Press 2 to be removed from their calling list.

I will not press any keys as I believe this is a scam! I too am on the "Do Not Call List".  I reported the Number with them.

Looks like you're supposed to call FBI as soon as you receive any phone call from this particular number. Probably, they have some cover aka non-profitable corporation. The thing is that they rather use it for fraudulent activity and private and financially sensitive info collection, and possible scam. Posting here does nothing, except exchanging our nuisance / bad experience(s)

We've been receiving a call from a consummer credit co for about a month now. Yesterday, the 321-729-9349 number showed up along with unavailable on our caller ID. If you listed to the message they want to lower our credit card interest rates.
"SUPRISE" we don't have any CC with balance at all. SCAMM is right and I'm wondering why the "Do Not Call List" people don't put these people in JAIL.

Just got this same call. I did not answer. No message and glad I did not call back or answer. Typed the number in search got here. Nice! I don't like this much at all.

They have done the same thing to me twice this week....when I tell them I am on the Do not call list, they just hang up.

Same thing, called but left no message.  We monitor calls, and suspect this was a telemarketer.  We, too, are on the DNC list.

I received a call from 321-729-9349 at 4:06 pm (EST) on 8/23/2008.
I pressed 1 as directed because I assumed they had called an
incorrect number because, the call was in regard to repossession of
vehicle. Which isn't possible since I own my vehicle free and clear.
A gentleman said, "May I ask the make and model of your vehicle"
I replied, "May I ask who I'm speaking to before I give you any information".
He then hung up. A reverse directory search lists it as a land line for Melbourne, FL

As soon as a live person got on the phone I asked who they were.
they said account services.  So I asked what company the lady
worked for.  She said Account Services is the name of the company.
I then asked her if I had an account with her company.  She said
yes, because I have a visa or master card.

The call went downhill from there, since she would not give me
the address of her company.  However, according to caller id,
the call originated from Mellbourne, FL.

just got a call from this number, did not answer, no message left.

Threating cursing hang-ups 7 am weekends

I got a pre-recorded message from 321-729-9349 on my cell phone said that it was my last chance to act on lower interest offer for my credit card and asked to press 1 to speak to an operator.  Press 2 to be removed from their calling list.  Then I got to connect with a sale representative.  I asked him how they got my number and what company they are calling from.  Then they hung up on me.

Received a missed call. I called the number back twice (thought I missed dialed the first time), received an automated message that the number is no longer in service both times. I have blocked the number from getting through
