A recording rattled on something about how I won something. GRRRRR!  I now have telephone service through my cable company and they nave a BLOCK CALL FEATURE
HALLELUJAH!

Blocked 4 kinds of calls like these this week alone.  They might call back but not with this number.  At least I have now have some sort of weapon.  The "Do not call list" is a complete failure.

I keep getting repeat calls from this company under different numbers. All having the same automated message requesting you press 1 to speak to a person regarding credit card interest reduction. Or press 2 to be removed from their calling list.  (THAT DOES NOT WORK !!!!) I have pressed 2 at least 5 times in the last 3 months. They also use 062-278-2371. GRRRRR......

They keep calling even when you ask them to stop.  These telemarketers just ignore the DO NOT CALL list because they know it will not be enforced.  This list is not just a failure, it is a deliberate fraud upon the public.  The congress could have simply passed a ban on telemarketing calls and it would have cost the taxpayers nothing... but that will not happen because the Direct Marketing Association bribes all the politicians.  The Democrats & Republicans are all the same...both are bought and paid for by special interests.  That's the fact, Jack.  This is THEFT OF SERVICE... it's the same as if someone routinely took a [***] in your mailbox and left the flag up...it ruins the usefulness of the service.  And when the phone company threatens to publish your number unless you pay them, that is EXTORTION.  The entire USA is run by organized crime syndicates.  Your phone service will continue to be abused as long as you keep re-electing the same corrupt political parties over and over and over.  When 90% of the congress gets re-elected every time, you are rewarding them for taking bribes from big corporations.  So why would you expect the DO NOT CALL list to be legitimate?  The votes go to the highest bidder!  If you voted for a Democrat or Republican you have no right to whine and complain when corporations don't respect your property rights--you did this to yourself!!!

Automated callthat I let answering machine pickup. When I heard that the message gave the option to speak with someone by pressing 1, I picked up the phone and did so. A man answered asking if I was holding to lower my credit card rates. I asked what company he was with and he said "Card Services." I then asked to speak to his manager and told hime that I was on the do not call list. He turned up some music very loudly and hung up on me. The people are SCUM. When I called the number back it was disconnected - big surprise!

I've received numerous calls from them. Starts out as a recording stating it's my last chance to take advantage of a reduced interest rate on my credit card. Gives the option to "press 2" to be removed from list, but they still call. Choosing option "1" gets an agent who hangs up on me when I ask to be removed from the list. Today, I asked where the agent was calling from and was told "Melbourne, FL", which shows up on caller ID, but when asked about the business name, he just said "card services for Mastercard and Visa".

I get a call from this number ATLEAST once a day, 321-729-9349. Every single day it actually informs me that today is my 'final' chance to upgrade my credit or some inane thing. Today I was actually polite, pressed one, and ask nicely to be taken off the call list. The 'woman' hung up on me the second I asked.

Rec'd call from this number on 8/27/08 at 0935 PST. Anyone has idea on who or where it's from? Probably some scammer tryin to scam people!?

Obnoxious scam artists that obviously believe they are immune from federal prosecution for violating National Do Not Call registry.

Received a call from 321-729-9349 about 10:30 this morning.  I pressed "1" and talked with John. I told him not to call this number again.  About 4 hours later I received another call from 5-062-256-3143, and recording from John about reducing my credit card rates.  I have filed a complaint with the FTC.  These calls have been going on for a long time.  My wife was called on one occasion, and when she pressed "2" to stop the calls the woman on the other end got rude and hung up on her.

I also got a call this morning. I answered hello twice and nobody answered back, they just hung up. Called back and the number was disconnected... Who is this??

I have been receiving calls from this number for a few days.  I finally hit '1' as requested and was connected with a live operator who knew my first name.  They were selling debt concolidation or something.  Sounds like they got the names from some kind of Visa list.  He asked if I have balances or debt in excess of $3k, I said no, and he said "ok, have a nice day" and hung up.

Got a call from this number on my cell - missed the call. When I tried to call back, it said it was disconnected.

recording offered extended warranty for car/truck. when i pushed "1" to speak to someone, she asked "what was model of car". I replied how can i be taken off your call list ( i am on national do not call ) and she hung up on me. Tried to return the call, received a recording the number was no longer in service.
Go figure,

I answered this call and the recording said, "Do not be alarmed but this is your last chance to take advantage of lower interest rates" so I hung up.

It's a telemarketer for auto warranty. They call my cell phone even though i'm on the do not call list. Scumbags.

Just got a call on my cell phone. Answered the call and like the other complants listed above stated it was a credit type call wanting to reduced my credit card rate and to press one for info or press two for removal. When I pressed two for removal a guy does not even deserved to be called a gentleman said that he was calling in order to help me with the interest rate on my credit card. When I asked him which one he listed MC, Visa or American Express. He didn't even know which card or company. Another guy got on the phone and started talking very vulger. I did as anyone would do and hung up. When I try to search the number I can't find any type of listing. So there is realy no one to report to. I am on the do not call list. Just trying to warn everyone. Beware!

How (who) do we report this number to the "do not call" list-or proper government department? Thank you!

I just got this call but Googled it when it was ringing and didn't pick it up based on what I read here.   The call originated from Florida so that was a red flag.

A scam. They call non-stop and hang up on you if you ask them to remove your number. If you dial 321-729-9349, no one picks up. BEWARE!
