Company indicates that they are "Account Services" looking to reduce the interest on my credit cards, etc.  You have to press 1 to get an operator after hearing a message that this is the "last" chance to take advantage of this great rate.

They indicated that they were from Bel Air, MD and my call got conveniently dropped when being transferred to an supervisor.

btw: the number shows up as 062-262-2509 on my phone's ID system but the originating 5 gets dropped off the phone
