Identifies themselves as SJA Mobile and that we may be eligible for a refund. Called the number back and got the same message, wanted an email sent to mobilesupport@helpdeskconnect.com with pertinent personal info. Sounds like a scam.

SJA Mobile wanting some information from me for a refund. Why would i give someone my name, address, cell phone number, and cell carrier? Unbelievable !

Got that message on my voice mail yesterday...seemed suspicious to me so I googled the aupposed email address.  Glad I did...who's resposible for this?

I received a text message out of the blue stating they were gonna charge $19.99 to my Company cell phone and i don't know why or who these people are I WILL BE REPORTING THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!  And I guarentee that they are not getting a dime from me!

Got this text they want to charge me 19.99 a mo. for something I didnt order!I called the # it gave to report I didnt order it and found this site.Im going to report them as well.

I got a text msg from that phone number sayiing the same thing that they were going to charge my cell phone monthly and when I called the number back is was a recording telling me to email info to them. What are u guys doing about it and has anyone actually got in contactn with someone from that company? The only differrence with mine it said game cheat master.

I got a charge for 19.99 on the text message over the phone. I called the number to obtain the refund information and it was a message to add pertinate information in a e-mail address. This is a scam.

they text me and gave me that number 1800 559-9313 and that they are going to charge me  19.99 per month please is scary i hope they dont charge my phone for this

My wifes phone got a message with this phone number gving us a pin etc.. I just found on this months bill there was charge for 9.99. Vzw refunded it but I had to cancel by replying to the message. I hpe no more charges show up!

I got a message from game cheats master saying they are going to charge me $19.99 a month for using their website. I have never been on the website but it had an e-mail where you can cancel the subscription. In the e-mail I told them I never signed-up or accepted anything and that I had better not been charged; but sure enough they're e-mail provider rejected both my e-mail addresses and I got a message back from yahoo and gmail saying it didn't go through. This months bill was charged $19.99 for GameTip Alerts (haha) and I just got done talking with sprint, they blocked the service and credited my account the $19.99.

i keep getting charged 19.99 for somthing i never even heard of said i would get a refund by calling 800-559-9313 and the message gave me some bogus website whoever is responsible for this needs to get a life i got a block from my cellular company so quit charging me for somthing i never even heard of you frekin losers!!!!

I too of course didn't get anything except a recording giving me this website to go to, and there is nothing on here to help obtain a refund for these ridiculous charges !!!! My son opened a text message from #23408 not realizing that he was opening up a very expensive text. The first month,we were charged $ 39.92 and I called Verizon and they instructed me on how to cancel this service and I did it and then this month, the $39.92 came on my bill again so, this time I took my son's phone to Verizon and asked someone to look over it and even though he didn't open any more text msgs from that co. they still managed to get me somehow! I know that it isn't Verizon's fault that these companies cheat people but, I would love to see all of these companies shut down or something. Things are hard enough so, we sure don't need to be cheated from these sleezy companies!!!!! I sure could think of better things to do with $80.00 than to give it to these slimeballs!!

MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER RECD THIS SAME TEXT. I HAPPEN TO WORK IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AND WAS ABLE TO AT LEAST FIGURE OUT WHO THIS IS.THIS COMPANY IS BASED OUT OF DELAWARE AND IS CALLED SJA MOBILE. THEY DO HAVE THIER OWN WEBSITE. THIS COMPANY HAS TO REGISTERED WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE IN DELEWARE BECAUSE IT IS A REGISTERED CORPORATION. MAYBE SOMEONE KNOWS WHAT TO DO FROM THERE. UNTIL THEN CONTACT YOUR MOBILE CARRIER AND HAVE THEM TO BLOCK THE CHARGES.

my son is only 12 years old and used my cell phone number to get some coode without permission and i dont want no 19.99 charges added to my phone cause i didn't give him permission. i do not want to know any codes to any games.

Here's the message that I got - "Hi there!  your password <983> -- write it down for logging in.  Text HELP for more info, 1-800-559-9313 19.99 monthly chrg to ur cell phone"  Once you call the number you are instructed to send an email to mobliesupport@helpdeskconnect.com   Yes it is a scam!!!
