they've never called before today, but have called 4 times today, "all of our representatives are busy, please hold.." I don't think so

They call wanting you to press any # to speak to someone or call them back at your convenience. My time is not convenient to them.

I called back and got a rep.  They are a collection company for medical bills.  My bill is with LabCorp.  The name of this company that is calling is AMCA.  American Medical Collection Agency.

Same as Jennifer(above).  They called my cell and I said hello but no one answered.  Called the number back and it was AMCA, not LabCorp.  I told the rep not to ever call my cell phone again and she said that she would continue.  I requested to speak with her supervisor and was placed on "eternal phone hold".  I am not happy.

They called and left a msg but it was like an automated msg.  They did not say what they wanted but that they wanted me to call them. WHATEVER!!!

Their other number is 1 800 666 8097. Press zero for the operator and ask for the name of supervising manager's email. Their website is http://www.amcaonline.com/

I have recieved calls from 800-804-0057 to contact 800-720-7718 asp. i called back gotten nothing but recodings,over and over, saying same message, sorry
all agents are busy, the next available agent will be right with you, 30 minutes passes by,nothing but same recording, but they do not say who they are.

I emailed them told them not to call me again, take me off their do not call list, i filed a complaint with FTC & AZ AG...

Than I did a search, I get AMCA & RMCA whatever, ..

called earlier this week.left 800-804-0057 to call back. they refused to give me any info as to why they called.

I realize that 1-800-804-0057,not only bugs me,but a lot of other people.How can we stop them from waisting our time? They make life worst.

Some automated calling system has been leaving messages on my machine for weeks.  I hate them too.

I don't know why they're calling but they damn well better stop taking up my cell minutes. I wouldn't tell them it was the person they asked for, the b***h said we're not playing that game and hung up.

They keep calling me too. I know I don't have any outstanding medical bills and have never provided this number to anyone other than friends so I have no idea why they'd have it anyway.

Just got the same message.  Tried to call them and they said they were closed to call back later.  What the heck???

They were looking for someone that I know.  When I called them back to tell them they didn't live here and to stop calling my house.  I told them i'd give
them a good number for that person but they told me to have the person contact them directly.  I told them that i was not their answer service and they needed to note that individuals correct phone number and the woman just said nevermind and hung up on me.  How do they expect to call the right person when they're a bunch of idiots!!!

They kept calling me want with a recording telling 'renee' to call them back. i finally called the number back today and told them i wasn't renee and to stop calling me. them woman just said 'ok' and hung up fast

They stopped for a while after I told them that "Carla" didn't have this number, now they have started up again calling several times a day. I finally e-mailed them and told them that the next step would be a lawyer. I meant it, but on't know if it will mean anything to these idiots!! They are that idiots. No one listens when they do answer and they whant all your info. Told them that they were nuts if they thought they were going to get my information, but a lawyer will have theirs soon if they don't stop.

Another suggestion as was recommended above is call your AG.

Collection Agency for medical - usually labs but might be from doctors or facilities. You might not even realize it but if your doc sends a lab to an out of network laboratory, the lab company might bill you. Call your insurance company to figure out. You can also try calling the company from their website address: http://www.amcaonline.com/

Horrible customer service - confusing and cryptic. I'd work through your insurance company to help you resolve this issue. Check your credit too, b/c if the debt is legit, it might impact your score.

They are nothing short of criminal - and it is about time that someone stops this kind of harrasment! I could simply not believe what kind of language the person (?) used that called me some three weeks ago. And all of that because of a spelling mistake in my name, so a lab test done by my doctor was not paid by my insurance. I tried to explain to the second person that called that this is all a mistake. A drastic change in tone of voice: "You don't seem to realize that you are in collection!" She hung up! Ever since they call me on pretty much a daily basis...

If this is the "new approach" in the future of this country, I see the dark ages coming back. Someone has to stop this kind of company! I don't even want to think about what they would do to me if I owed a real bill!
