I called back and requested a supervisor, again I was hung up on. I tried three more times and was hung up on. I just called and was told that the only number that they had avaible for information was the 888-225-0068 number. I looked GMI enterprises (the company) up on the internet there is no other information.

512-404-1292 belongs to VoiceText Interactive, Inc in VTI's voice mail/voice-on-demand trunk group.  Gorilla Marketing Group has been renting this number and VTI had no idea that Gorilla was using the nunber as a caller ID with a voiceblast.  That number was programmed for incoming calls, only, so the blast was not done with that telephone number. We have contacted Gorilla and 512-404-1292 is now an inactive number.  Since we do not know who Gorilla out-sourced to do the voiceblast, VoiceText has no control over future blasts, but can only hope the blasts cease.

I recieved a call from 888-225-0068. How did they get my number? They told me that I filled out some form online. I never filled out a form online. That's B.S.

I found out how they got our phone number. I called them back gave them hell and they read my wife’s email address to me. I told my wife and she said she filled out a generic form because she was looking for a stay at home job. She said she had been waiting for a response back from them for about three weeks. So if you want to know who filled out the form just ask them to read the email address to you. My wife called back and got their materials. I hope it works. Tim.

I'm on the Do Not Call list and found out from my friend who's an attourney that when I filled out the form thet I gave them legal permission to call me. It temporarily waves my rights. he says they have up to 60 days to call you. Then it goes back to normal. turns out that the Do Not Call laws have all sorts of loop holes. We're not as protected as the government leads us to believe. Now I know nt to give out my number to ANYONE!

I got the call too. Does ANYONE have more details about this job? If anyone does PLEASE post here. Everyone seems to have an opinion but no one here is showing evidence if this is job is REAL or not! I'm researching everywhere but no one seems to know nor can I find more info about what exactly I'd be doing. Please post details about this job if anyone has any. By the way I just got to say this, El Pistolero, you're creepy dude. You post their kids names?! What do they have to do with this? I have two daughters. If you posted anything about my girls you'd have a much bigger problem on your hands. Are you a petafile predator or are you just letting other psychos like you know about their children on this forum? I'm trying to find EVIDENCE if this is a scam or not. And there are honest people on this forum trying to figure out if this job is real too.

I see your point Phil and agree with you regarding El Pistolero’s post. In addition, I also see things a little different too. El Pistolero’s post legitimizes that GMI Enterprises is real. He’s proven that the owners are easy to find as their businesses and personal info is ALL over the net. Scammers hide out! Scammers don’t make themselves accessible to be reached by anyone. Also, El Pistolero documented other businesses of there’s. Checkout one of those businesses www.ttoolbox.com. The Teachers Tool Box link helps children with Autism, and other type’s developmental disabilities. They even have EVIDENCE of their products as they show video clips of them on their website. They help teachers recognize students with these problems and how to help them. Scammers don’t HELP people, they PREY on people. (Kinda like what El Pistolero is doing with the owner’s children) So, I don’t have the issue about them being real or not. My only frustration is that I wish I had the details of the duties included in that job.

I agree with you Jack. My concern is not weather they are legit or not. I simply need to do more research to better determine if I'd like this kind of work. I called the BBB recently about a different offer that came in the mail and they said there are 3 key factors that AAL scams have in common. One - they hide behind P.O. Boxes so you can't trace them to a physical location. Two - they only accept cash or money orders so you can't trace them to a bank account. Three - you neve can talk to a live person representing their company so you can't trace them to a location. This GMI company has a real physical address, they take credit cards (which are traceable), and we HAVE to speak to a live person to make an order. So this company is not hiding anything. Personally, I just need to do my homework first to be sure I'm going to like the work. If anyone has experience, please post! Thanks!

At around 14:10, I received a phone call from GMI Enterprize about the same thing everyone in here talked about.  The phone number I have on my caller-ID is 503-828-1894.  I called it back and got only the recorder.  I too checked on Internet all over the places and could not located this company.  I asked the lady who called me and she said that I can check record of company from BBB.  Good thing I refused to give her my credit card number.

okay....I already been stupid enough to order the orientation manual....I have recieved it and read it. Now I have been online checking what all of you have had to say about this. One minute I am crying thinking I have been scammed the next I am thinking well maybe this is legit. I am scared to go into anymore debt if it's not. But if it is real it could be the answer to my families prayers. Is there anyone out there who has ordered it and done it? I would really like to hear from you.  I am not looking to get rich, I just want to lighten the load on my husband while I am home taking care of our 5 children. My email is wesenberg@grantsbergtelcom.net.

    Thanks Lehne
