It is one of those annoying PPI refund forms. I took great pleasure in ringing them back several times (free calls.......fantastic) and wasted their time. It is such a great feeling winding these guys up.

They've phoned me nearly every day for the last week and a half.  Fortunately I have previously missed them but I picked it up today.  Told them I wasn't interested as I was already doing it myself but they still phoned me back a little over 2 hours later!!!  Getting bit cheesed off with them now (putting it politely!)

I'm getting the same.

Always remember to tell them (as is your right under the data protection act) that you want them to remove your details from their database. Then if they ring again you can get them prossecuted under the act.
